Every Atrium contract live on Arbitrum Sepolia. Each address links to Arbiscan so you can read the bytecode and state yourself - nothing here is claimed without an on-chain address you can check.
Who controls these
On testnet, admin rights sit behind a 48-hour Praetor timelock controlled by the founder deployer key. The production model is a 3-of-5 Gnosis Safe behind the same timelock; that migration is a mainnet step, disclosed openly on the honesty page. Every parameter change is a scheduled, watchable on-chain action - never a silent admin call.
